We strive to meet all delivery timelines and order accuracy for all customers.
YouBox strives to deliver and pickup your boxes at the agreed upon times. If for any reason we are unable to meet these dates and times outside of two hours we will let you know immediately and alternative plans will be made.
YouBox will only supply you with boxes in perfect working order. Boxes returned damaged and unusable will need to be replaced by the customer at a fee of $25 per damaged box.
YouBox encourages all customers to assure boxes are packed and stacked safely, strapped and monitored during any move. YouBox and it’s owner(s) and employees will not in any way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or accidental damages to boxes and contents due to customers actions, packing and moving.
